How Are Result Classified?

Results are classified as Strong, Uncertain, or Weak matches:


• Strong Match: Indicates a strong similarity with high confidence based on a significant overlap in facial points, suggesting a likely match with a particular individuals file in our database.
• Uncertain Match: An Uncertained match shows notable similarities but lacks the high-confidence markers. Users may see an Uncertained Match notification, advising them to either upload a clearer image or attempt a search by name to refine results.
• Weak Match: Represents minimal similarity, where the system did not find enough matching points to suggest a connection.

Yes, you can share results with others by entering someones email addresses and creating a password. The recipient gets a secure link via email to access the results.

For each matched result, users can click on More Details to access deeper insights. This section includes the individual’s name, last known location, type of record (e.g., criminal record, missing persons record), and additional attributes such as eye color and hair color if available. This provides a fuller context and helps users determine if the match is relevant.

Refunds may be issued for unused credits within 30 days of purchase, provided they have not been used for any Sherllock services. Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins. If you choose to cancel your subscription, it will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, after which you will not be charged further.
